Full automation

In one line: every kind of text you have already switched on sends by itself.

What this changes

Only how much of what you already automated you keep reading. It is not a master switch. It does not turn a category on, and it cannot unlock one Ross has not earned - 50 texts of that kind, approved by an attorney, with not a word changed. On a fresh install this setting changes nothing at all, because nothing is on yet.

Sends without you

Every category marked automated on the Automation tab, on each client's chosen schedule.

Waits for you

Anything an attorney must see. Ross escalates it to you rather than drafting it.

Never sends, in any mode

Settlement figures. Depositions. Court deadlines. Adverse rulings. Anything asking your client to take an action. Ross does not draft these at all - they stop before a text exists and come to you as a case update instead. No setting turns this off.

What you still owe the client

Keeping the case folder current. In this mode the folder is what your client hears about: if a status is stale, the text is stale.

If it goes wrong

The moment you edit or reject one of these texts, that category stops sending on its own - immediately, without anyone switching it off. Every automated send is written to the message record.

Changing your mind

Settings, then Automation, then How much do you want to read. One click back to reading everything, with no gate. You can also put one difficult client on their own setting from the client list, and that choice sticks even if you change this one later.
